Claire Goodfellow LLB (Hons), MSc, MCIPD
Claire brings many years of human resource experience including that at director level and supported by both a law degree and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management.
She has been involved in all aspects of HR including tribunals, appeals, disciplinaries and more.

Jenni Carysforth BA, MBA
Jenni has over 30 years experience in management of staff including that of leading large teams as well as in running her own business with employees.
She has assisted many organisations in aspects such as overseeing and lead disciplinaries, grievances and dispute resolution.
Rebecca Hutchinson
Becky is an accomplished Legal Director with over ten years of experience helping businesses navigate employment law with confidence and clarity.
She’s a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and brings a calm, solution-focused approach to every case.
Laura Williamson Chartered MCIPD, FinstLM, ACILE
Laura is a Chartered HR Consultant and works as an Employment Lawyer.
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management, with over 15 years’ experience across private and non-profit sectors. She brings Board-level insight from roles in HR consultancy, employment law, accountancy, civil engineering and national operations management, and is a qualified mediator.
Sally Hankin
Sally brings over 30 years of experience in the legal profession, with a career spanning roles from secretarial and PA support to senior positions in Quality, Risk and Compliance.
She has worked with a wide range of clients - from individuals to large corporates - and is known for her proactive, pragmatic approach and her commitment to delivering work to consistently high standards.

Eleanor brings precision, empathy, and a proactive mindset to her role as HR Assistant.
